Our story.

Our story began in 1990 in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, with a single van transporting parcels to a local sorting centre.

What started as a small, family-run operation quickly grew. As more businesses trusted QLS with their parcels, we expanded our collection network, developed our own shipping technology and built relationships with the world’s leading carriers.

Three decades on, QLS has continued to grow, investing in new technology, infrastructure and expertise to support thousands of eCommerce businesses across Europe and beyond.

Today, QLS is an international logistics group, providing fulfilment and parcel services to businesses of all sizes. And now, we’re bringing that parcel expertise to the UK.

1990 — 2026

Our journey so far.

  1. 1990, Where it all began

    QLS starts life in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, transporting parcels to a local sorting centre with a single van.

  2. 2005, Growing our network

    As demand increases, QLS expands its parcel collection network and begins developing its own technology to give customers greater visibility over their shipments.

  3. 2015, Expanding into fulfilment

    QLS launches its eCommerce fulfilment services, allowing businesses to outsource not just shipping, but storage, picking, packing, and returns.

  4. 2019, Investing in the future

    QLS invests in a new, state-of-the-art fulfilment centre, introducing advanced automation to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency.

  5. 2025, Going global

    QLS acquires J&J Global Fulfilment and ShopWeDo, significantly expanding the Group's international footprint and bringing new infrastructure and capabilities into the business.

  6. 2026, Introducing QLS Parcels to the UK

    Building on decades of parcel experience and an established European proposition, QLS Parcels launches in the UK, giving businesses access to competitive shipping rates, convenient collections and simplified parcel management.
